Hi 👋 I'm just doing a quick mid-week check in, how is everyone going. I have noticed a slight drop off on days being ticked off. Just remember that even if you haven't stuck to the challenge or meal plan exactly its okay, ticking off daily helps to remind you about your goals and X factors and will help keep you on track when motivation slides. I tick off every few days sorry, and play catch up! Especially over weekends. Weekdays are easier as im in front of my laptop more often. :) I think I am up to date now
