• Online Vinyasa Yoga Session

Learning to practice Yoga not only has numerous physical benefits such as toning the body, developing balance and improving posture. It also heals and enhances the mind, Yoga is able to bring about relief from depression and anxiety as well as enhance mental performance.

The Vinyasa Yoga sessions are an hour of fluid movement which encourages a sense of mindfulness through movement. Whether you are a newbie looking to start your Yoga journey or an advanced Yogi, our Movement Expert, Lisa will be able to formulate a class to suit you.

Lisa has completed a Matwork Levels 1 & 2 certificate through STOTT International, as well as completing an Intermediate Reformer Course and multiple workshops including Prenatal Pilates, Rehabilitation Workshops and Zenga Flow. She has completed a Yoga Instructors Certificate through ETA College as well as a Personal Training Certificate.

The sessions will be booked at a date and time which suits both you and Lisa, the sessions are an hour and can include up to 3 people.
