If you've been curious about Pilates but not sure where to start, or you've tried a class or two and want to actually understand what you're doing and why, then this workshop is for you.
What we'll cover:
The Five Basic Principles of Pilates — the foundation that underpins every single exercise in the method. Breath, spinal alignment, rib cage placement, scapular stability and head position.
Fundamental Pilates exercises — taught step by step, with clear instruction and individual attention. You will leave knowing what to do, how to do it and why it matters.
How movement affects your body — we'll explore how Pilates improves posture, reduces pain and builds functional strength that makes everyday life feel easier.
