Someone asked me about ticking off your daily survey but I seem to have lost the message somewhere in the web 🫠
So I thought I'd have a quick chat to everyone about their check ins. My go to rule is that if you FEEL that you ate well / drank enough water etc. then tick yes, if you FEEL you didn't achieve your own personal goals then tick no.
For example if there's a recipe which you don't enjoy and you substituted it with something else also health and full of veggies then I would tick yes to following the meal plan.
