It's usually at this time in the challenge that people start to loose momentum and focus. This is a good time to re-read your goals and even more importantly your X factors.
Think about booking classes for next week or planning your own workout routine. Mark it in your calendar and make it a meeting with yourself, which is not to be cancelled!
I have lost focus! It's crazy what sleep deprivation can do!!! Been some long nights with such kiddies but tonight I'm going to rebook at my goals and x factors and try get my MOJO back tomorrow :)
