New week and new goals… yesterday I woke up feeling mentally drained and so instead of skipping an exercise routine, I adjusted it to look different. Instead of bouncing up and down and doing something exceptionally vigorous I altered it to suit my need for the day. Which was something calm, but still movement. I went for a 5km walk to keep momentum💪🏼
