Guys I am man down! Dizzy, nauseous, chest infection, body aches. Perfect timing for this challenge. I have not felt up to exercising yesterday or today, but I have done my stretches, done light walks and stuck to my meal plan. Hopefully I can workout again soon! My heart is so in this!!

So sorry you aren't feeling well. It's really hard to stay on track with these kinds of setbacks. Eating well is first priority and looking after yourself overall is essential so just go easy on yourself and try your best. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
