I’m not a fan of change. At all. But there are a few areas in my life that I’m eager to see shift in a positive way over the next few months🫶🏼


  1. I want to work towards growing healthy & consistent eating habits

  2. I want to be consistent in scheduling daily exercise activities

  3. I want to prioritize time to meditate and focus on my breathing

  4. I want to be present in each moment

  5. And I want to practice speaking kindly to myself and be less critical
