I know some of you have already started the meal plan, whiles others are using this weekend to clean out cupboards in preparation to begin on Monday.


Either way, weekends are typically a challenging time to stick to your new routine. Try to make it as simple as possible to stay on track, plan your meals in advance, start the day off healthy and with some water so you are already setting the tone for a healthy day.
