Hey Lisa, I haven’t shared much this week, because life has been chaotic here!

I have managed to keep eating well despite not sticking to the meal plan precisely. I adapted the meals to suit our vegetarian diet, I made a lentil cottage pie, a egg fried rice, a nourish bowl with falafels.

I am enjoying the meals I have made from the meal plan so much.

I have also swopped my morning coffee for green tea with slices of lemon in it which is actually quite refreshing.

Hoping to join a live pilates class with you next week maybe an afternoon one!
