Hey everyone 👋🏼 I’m Simone and I’m new to the 30 day challenge. I’m excited to get moving and reset my whole perception of exercising. My goal is to get to a fitness level where I’m not out of breath playing with my kiddies, that I can run 5km comfortably and that my core strength improves to help strengthen my back muscles and posture. I’m also keen to learn some nice healthy eating habits and recipes. I look forward to meeting you all along this journey 💪🏼

Welcome Simone, I also have very similar goals. I gave birth to my son in December and my core is non existent after that. Trying to regain my strength again to run 21kms like before.
