Hey everyone šš¼ Iām Simone and Iām new to the 30 day challenge. Iām excited to get moving and reset my whole perception of exercising. My goal is to get to a fitness level where Iām not out of breath playing with my kiddies, that I can run 5km comfortably and that my core strength improves to help strengthen my back muscles and posture. Iām also keen to learn some nice healthy eating habits and recipes. I look forward to meeting you all along this journey šŖš¼
Welcome Simone, I also have very similar goals. I gave birth to my son in December and my core is non existent after that. Trying to regain my strength again to run 21kms like before.
