Hey everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ Iโ€™m Simone and Iโ€™m new to the 30 day challenge. Iโ€™m excited to get moving and reset my whole perception of exercising. My goal is to get to a fitness level where Iโ€™m not out of breath playing with my kiddies, that I can run 5km comfortably and that my core strength improves to help strengthen my back muscles and posture. Iโ€™m also keen to learn some nice healthy eating habits and recipes. I look forward to meeting you all along this journey ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Welcome Simone, I also have very similar goals. I gave birth to my son in December and my core is non existent after that. Trying to regain my strength again to run 21kms like before.
