Hi everyone, for many of your this is your last weekend on the challenge. It's a great time to reflect on how it's been going so far. Even if you haven't been able to tick off more than a handful of days hopefully you've been able to try some of the delicious recipes or just use it as a prompt to start one or two health habits.
