Did a small shop, yesterday, in prep for starting the meal plans from Monday (looking forward to that). First morning without a caffeine dose - starting on the herbal teas. Today, will be a challenge, we have the kids/learners entrepreneurs day this afternoon/evening - lots of sugar and all the unhealthy stuff - lots of willpower needed :)

Good luck for tonight! My suggestion is to always eat before hand so you aren't hungry and hopefully then less tempted. You could also take one of the approved snacks along with you so that you don't feel left out while everyone else is nibbling 😊 But remember we are all rooting for you!
