This is what yesterday mornings workout looked like 🙄. Not ideal! Managed to sneak off in the afternoon for a run at least. I so prefer being out of the house to exercise so that it feels like some time to myself. But it's not always possible with 3 kiddies, so I try to remind myself that 30mins of broken exercise is better than no exercise at all.
