Wanted to share a bit of progress! I've been so disappointed in myself for being sick the first week of the challenge. But I stuck to my eating plan best I could, hoping for at least some results. Today, I put on a sports bra that is usually so tight and uncomfortable on me (it was the biggest size Cotton On had), but today it fitted fine!? According to the scale I have only lost like 600g, but cm wise my sports bra actually fits for the first time ever!! Woohoo!
