Busy planning my meals and trying to fit it in to what my family will eat too, so its easier all around for prep and time etc! Hope that its ok that I switch some meals around and repeat some meals rather than stick to your exact plan?

Hi, yes, absolutely. The goal is to be able to incorporate this healthy lifestyle into your everyday life forever. So by all 6 you have leftovers, eat them again for lunch the next day, or if you don't enjoy something, leave it out or if there's a meal you love you can repeat it 😉
