I’m not a fan of change. At all. But there are a few areas in my life that I’m eager to see shift in a positive way over the next few months🫶🏼
I want to work towards growing healthy & consistent eating habits
I want to be consistent in scheduling daily exercise activities
I want to prioritize time to meditate and focus on my breathing
I want to be present in each moment
And I want to practice speaking kindly to myself and be less critical
Those are some wonderful points to start to focus on! Well done 👏
