

What Our Programmes Cover
Every programme is tailored to your organisation, the size of your team, the specific challenges they face, and what you want to achieve. The content draws from five areas:
Nutrition — how to eat in a way that supports energy, focus, and mood at work. Practical, accessible, and free of diet culture messaging. Includes 50+ easy-to-follow recipes, shopping lists and a customisable plan for each individual to follow.
Movement — progressive exercise that works for all fitness levels, plus targeted movement for the specific physical issues desk workers deal with most: back pain, stiff neck and shoulders, tight hips.
Mindfulness — short, practical techniques for managing stress, improving focus, and preventing burnout or stress-related health issues.
Sleep — the fundamentals of sleep hygiene, why recovery matters more than most people appreciate, and how to build habits that actually improve it.
Daily habits — the structure and accountability tools that make the difference between intentions and behaviour change that lasts.

The Branded Platform
The structured multi-week programme allows employees to access all of the content through a dedicated wellness platform, white-labelled to your brand.
Your name, your logo, your colours throughout. Employees experience it as something their company built and invested in.
Through the platform, they will get:
- Weekly programme guides with daily checklists
- Meal plans, recipes and shopping lists
- An exercise programme ranging from beginner to advanced options.
- Guided breathwork and mindfulness audio
- A habit tracker covering sleep, hydration, movement, and mindfulness
- A resource library to explore at their own pace
- Email prompts throughout, accountability that improves completion rates.
- You get an admin dashboard showing participation and engagement data, and a post-programme report you can take to leadership.

The Process
When a company comes to us for a wellbeing programme, we start with a conversation about your team: what they are dealing with, what you have tried before, and what success would look like. From there, we put together a programme that fits.
Depending on what your team needs, a programme might include:

A structured multi-week guided programme delivered through a branded employee platform, complete with weekly content drops, email prompts, habit trackers, meal plans, and an exercise programme.

A series of virtual or in-person workshops running alongside or as part of the programme

A company wellness day to kick the programme off or bring it to a close

A combination of the above, sequenced in a way that builds momentum over time
We do not offer one-size-fits-all packages because the companies we work with are all different. A 20-person team has different needs and a different budget to a 200-person organisation. We build accordingly.
