That might be a combination of movement sessions, mindfulness workshops, health and nutrition talks, or hands-on skill-building — or all of the above. Every element is practical and participatory, so people leave with tools they can use every day.

How We Build Your Day
Every wellness day we run is bespoke. There is no standard package because no two teams or companies are the same. What we do instead is start with a conversation:

Tell us about your team — size, general fitness levels, what they are dealing with, what you want them to get from the day.

Tell us about your preferences — date, location, budget, how long you have.

We put together a proposed programme and send it to you within 48 hours.

You give us feedback, we refine it, and once confirmed we manage everything from there.

On the day, we facilitate it all. Your job is to take part.
We run everything from a two-hour lunchtime yoga and mindfulness session to full-day outdoor wellness events with multiple practitioners, catering, and adventure activities. If you have an idea of what you want, or need some guidance, get in touch.






Your Wellness Day
Yoga or Pilates Session
An in-person yoga session led by a certified instructor — designed for all levels, including people who have never done yoga before. Available as a morning session, lunchtime break, or end-of-day wind-down. We bring everything needed.
Mindfulness and Breathwork
A hands-on session introducing practical breathwork and mindfulness techniques. Employees leave with a small toolkit of practices that work in real working situations — before a difficult conversation, during a stressful week, at the end of a long day.
Movement Workshop
Covering the physical impact of desk work and how to counteract it — with a practical sequence of movements employees can use immediately. Particularly effective as part of a full wellness day because people feel the difference in real time.
Nutrition and Healthy Eating Talk
A practical, no-nonsense session on eating in a way that supports energy and focus through a working day. Interactive and grounded in things employees can actually do — not aspirational advice that requires two hours in the kitchen.
Health Coaching and Goal-Setting
Individual or small-group sessions where employees work with a certified health coach to set realistic personal health goals and understand what is getting in the way. More personal than a group workshop, and often the part of the day that has the longest lasting impact.
Activities, Adventure, and the Outdoors
For teams who want something more active, we can build a full day around outdoor experiences — hiking, canoeing, beach yoga, or other activities that get people out of the office and into their bodies. We source the activities, coordinate the logistics, and facilitate the wellness components around them.
Venue Sourcing
If you do not have a space in mind, we can find one. From outdoor venues and retreat spaces to corporate facilities with the right layout — we handle the search and the logistics so you do not have to.
