Each session is built around involvement throughout: interactive polls and quizzes, physical activities your team can do from their desks, and a group Q&A that gives everyone a chance to ask questions and engage with the content. Employees leave each session with specific tools and techniques they can apply immediately — whether that is a breathing practice for managing stress, a movement routine for desk-related pain, or practical guidance on nutrition and energy.

Interactive online sessions for your team.

How the Sessions Work

Each workshop is designed to be engaging and participatory from start to finish.

  • Interactive polls and quizzes throughout to gauge understanding and encourage participation.

  • Physical activities during the session itself — chair Pilates sequences, breathwork exercises, or mindfulness practices — so employees experience the benefit firsthand rather than simply hearing about it.

  • A group Q&A that gives employees the opportunity to ask questions, share what they are dealing with, and engage with the content in a meaningful way.

Sessions run online via Zoom or Teams and are available to teams of any size. Each participant receives a resource pack after the session to refer back to and continue applying what they have learned.

Workshop Topics

Movement Matters

Built for people who spend most of their working day at a desk — this session covers what prolonged sitting actually does to the body, why back pain, neck tension, and low energy are so common in office environments, and what to do about it.

Employees work through a practical sequence of movements during the session and leave with a short daily routine they can do at their desk in under ten minutes.

Introduction to Mindfulness at Work

A practical introduction to mindfulness. Employees try mindfulness techniques during the session itself and leave with a small set of daily practices that fit into a real working life. No prior experience needed.

The Four Pillars of Health

A practical introduction to the four building blocks that underpin how we feel, function, and perform — Nutrition and Hydration, Rest and Recovery, Mindset, and Movement.

This session breaks down each pillar, why it matters, and what gets in the way for most people. Employees leave with a clear understanding of where their health currently stands across each area and a set of daily, actionable steps to start improving it. The session is interactive throughout, with group discussions and practical activities that make the content immediately relevant to real working life.

Eat to Think

A practical session on how what you eat affects your energy, focus, and mood at work. We cover blood sugar, the afternoon crash, what to eat at your desk, and how to put together quick meals that can keep you going. Useful information that employees can act on immediately.

Breathe Better

An introduction to breathwork and its practical applications in a working environment. Employees learn specific breathing techniques for managing stress in the moment, improving focus before a presentation, and winding down after a difficult day. These are techniques that work and that take less than five minutes.
